Horizontal cylindrical vessel at two saddle supports. Tank is open to the atmosphere. Water is the inner medium.

Loads
Gravity by the mass of the particular parts of the tank and mass of the liquid and insulation.
Hydrostatic pressure of the medium.
Temperature of the medium.
Seismic loads acc. UBC 1997.
